Valerus VMS, our new open-platform video management solution, delivers enterprise scale performance, and yet a typical system can be configured in just five minutes. Automated discovery and programming tools make quick work of basic setup. A single global activation key provides licensing for the entire security access control system. And thin-client architecture eliminates the need to install software at each workstation. Vicon even provides free access to the most current version of software to all customers to make sure systems remain running optimally.

VAX, our unique access control system, is equally impressive. Designed for simplicity in installation, scalability, usability and maintenance, VAX offers an easy-to-install over-the-door controller module that reduces cabling, provides power directly to the lock, and can be configured and tested by a single technician. It is also the only access control system with built-in motion detection. Like Valerus, it features a web-based interface that can be accessed and managed from anywhere.

Vicon offers free, seamless integration between Valerus and VAX, regardless of the number of cameras or card readers in use. Enabling the integration is as simple as a mouse-click within the Valerus set-up and identifying the VAX server IP address. Working together with VAX, Valerus can automatically display live or recorded video that correlates with each swiping event, creating a far more powerful, and comprehensive, security solution.

Vicon is also striving to make it simple for you, our customers, to access the people, resources and programs you need to be most effective. Our operations include geographically dispersed team members who are available to provide technical support in your local market. We offer hands-on training with an on-site instructor, and professional services that will pre-configure your components before shipping. Our dedicated A&E services team is available to help with system designs, and we offer tools like SpecWizard, bandwidth calculators and resolution/frame rate video clips to simplify the design process and eliminate the guess work. And the breadth of product line, including new H.265 cameras and all the servers and network hardware accessories you need for an end-to-end solution, provides you with a convenient, single point-of-contact for all sales and support issues.

Vicon products are designed and assembled in North America and installed around the globe, in Fortune 500 companies, private and public institutions, in every type of industry. Our primary headquarters is located on Long Island, New York, about one hour east of New York City. Sales and support for customers in Europe and the Middle East are handled by our EMEA headquarters in Southampton, UK and and parts of Asia are handled by our APAC headquarters in Singapore.
